Honestly, getting fit is not rocket science…. workout, sleep and eat well! Sometimes people try to overcomplicate things and wind up becoming overwhelmed and just giving up.
- Find a form of exercise you love and DO IT consistently
- Eat a balanced diet consisting of lean protein, veggies, fruits and healthy fats.
- Drink plenty of water.
- Sleep at least 8 hours a night.
Be patient, stay positive, you’ll get there <3
And of course… I’ll be here to answer your questions if you happen to have any =)
All I need to work on is the sleep. I love White Collar too much! ;)
